Meet Liam “Kratos” Krassenburg

Hi, my name is Liam, 26 years old, born in the Netherlands, and I am obsessed with slowing my speed of aging.

For the past five years I have dedicated my life to researching longevity and anti-aging. That journey has taken me through nutrition, hydration, sleep, exercise, breathing, weight management, energy, mindfulness, herbs, aromatherapy and much more.

Health is about understanding what the body needs at a cellular level, not what the mind wants. I have stepped away from man-made limitations and outdated beliefs, and I do not confine myself to one system.

Instead I focus on reconnecting the body with the natural rhythms of life. That is where healing, balance and real vitality are found.
