Kratos Natural ships all physical products using PostNL as our official shipping partner.
We currently ship to customers within the Netherlands and select international countries.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once processed, your package will be handed off to PostNL for delivery.

Please note: During peak periods (e.g., product launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days

  • Belgium/Germany: 2–5 business days

  • Rest of EU: 3–7 business days

  • Outside EU: Shipping not yet available (coming soon)

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

3. Shipping Supplements & Health Products

All supplements and ingestible products are packaged securely and shipped in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct — we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

4. Customs, Duties & International Shipping

Customers outside the Netherlands may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

5. Missed or Returned Deliveries

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll assess the issue and, if eligible, offer a replacement.

If your package is lost by the carrier, we will assist in filing a claim with PostNL.
