Slow your speed of aging with proven methods

Liam Kratos

My story

Liam Krassenburg, September 2026

In the past I was filled with hate, confusion and pain. All I ever wanted was love and guidance from the person who was supposed to raise me. She was damaged herself, out of a very dark youth of her own.

She abused me, mentally and physically. I am not writing that down to point at anyone. It is what happened, and it is why the rest went the way it did.

My father always showed me that love exists in this world too. I just could not feel it. I was too damaged for that, and what you cannot feel you cannot believe either.

So I was lost, and I started numbing myself. First with screens and junk food, from about the age of eight, as far back as I can remember.

When I got older it became partying, and eventually weed. Weed, screens and junk food. The less I felt or thought, the better.

That is what made me survive. On the inside I was dying.

All that time I did not want to live any more. I gave up on life and started living from one dopamine hit to the next, and the only thoughts I had were negative ones and how to get my next high.

Quite sad, looking back at it now. But I feel no shame and no regret about any of it. All of that is the reason I appreciate life, happiness and love as much as I do today.

What it did to my body

Years of eating that way left marks. Chronic inflammation, in my oesophagus, in my stomach lining and in my gut. For years that was simply my reality and I did not know any better.

That is one of the direct reasons nutrition and how your body works sit at the centre of what I do now. I know in my own body what it costs not to know.

A brain with nothing pushing back

I understood things quickly and usually saw the shortest route straight away. That sounds like an advantage and it is one. But it also meant the life around me gave me very little to do.

No resistance, no reason to be sharp. So smoking was not only an escape from the pain. It was also a way to quiet a head that kept looking for something to bite into and never found it.

How it changed

Deep down I always knew there had to be more to life. I could just never sit with that feeling long enough to look at it, because I was busy numbing it.

I wasted years, and I take full responsibility for that. Only I am responsible for my own actions.

For years I tried to change myself by doing. The gym, this, that, I have tried all of it. And every time, after a few days or a few weeks and sometimes a few months, I fell back into the same patterns no matter how hard I tried.

Until one day I decided to end it all.

That is when I came across a video that made me realise reality is only in my head. The things holding me back were my beliefs, and those beliefs came from what other people had told me.

I was not living my life the way I wanted. I was living it the way other people thought I should, and the way they saw me. That was the start of a new life. My life.

The more aware I became of my beliefs, the clearer it got that they were exactly why I was stuck in the loop. I am not good enough. I am not worthy of it. Those ones.

It all made sense, and I knew what to do next. So I started working on it, day after day, and I still do.

Every day I felt a little better, and things that used to cost me enormous effort started to feel easy. After months I finally felt like I was becoming free.

I kept thinking and kept researching, until I realised something. Things do not have to be true for my brain to believe them. They only have to serve me, so that they carry me to what I want to reach.

So I locked in even harder. My life became better than I ever dared to dream in my lowest years. Reaching my goals on every level, financially as well, became so easy that I kept having to set them higher.

I had never felt like that before. For the first time in my life I could say that I love my life.

I have not reached all of my big dreams. Not yet, I should say. But I am on my way, and I will.

I am not writing this to brag. I am writing it so you see that you can reach your dreams too. And by the fact that you are here reading this, I know you already know that. You just do not fully know how yet.

From there I kept building, on myself and on living from love rather than from fear. That is not a finish line but a floor, and everything else stands on top of it.

Something else fell into place along the way. Not only how I live, but why it works.

What I know and what I do not

There is a Creator. That is the part I am sure of, because to exist you have to have been created.

Who the Creator is, what the Creator is called, what the Creator looks like, which book describes it properly: I do not know. And I do not think anyone can know while they are alive. What comes after death I will find out when I die.

You can believe. Believing is powerful. But believing and knowing are not the same thing, and pretending otherwise is where it goes wrong.

Underneath that sits the question of why religions drive us apart, because they do. The answer is fear.

Fear of being in the wrong one. A person can spend a whole life afraid that they are Christian while Islam was right, or the other way round, or that neither is, or that they do not believe hard enough.

All that time they are living in fear, which is the one thing we are trying not to do. My answer is that we do not know, and that is fine. You do not have to manufacture certainty where none is available.

Because there is something we all do know.

What we do know

Everyone knows the difference between acting from love and acting from fear.

We know what hatred does, what greed does, what envy does, what resentment does and what pride does. And we know what happens when you choose forgiveness, honesty, courage and connection instead.

You do not need to settle a single label to know that. You know it already.

Heaven and hell

To me those are not places after death but ways of living. Act from love and you are in heaven. Act from greed, shame or hatred and you are in hell.

And heaven is here. This earth is beautiful and holds more to explore than one life can hold. There is nothing to wait for.

Prayer

Prayer, to me, is swapping out a limiting belief in the moment it shows up. Do it often enough and what you believe changes.

And you can only pray in the image of the Creator. So not for things, but for peace of mind and for love.

What it comes down to

Every teaching, every religion, every form of spirituality comes down to the same thing as far as I can tell. Turning limiting beliefs into beliefs that carry you, until you remember that you are love.

And that is where the difference sits. About the Creator I can only believe. About this I know: I am love and I am awareness. So are you, even if you have lost sight of it.

Anything that is not love is time wasted.

The I AM framework

This one is mine. I built it out of what I needed and could not find anywhere, and it is what everything else I do stands on.

It starts with two words you finish all day long without noticing. I am. I am tired, I am not good enough, I am someone who never gets this right.

Whatever you put after those two words becomes who you are. Almost nobody chose theirs. It came from a childhood, from a parent, from a room, and it stayed because nobody ever argued with it.

An I AM is not an affirmation. An affirmation is hoping something becomes true, and your own head knows you are lying.

An I AM is a decision you make before the evidence exists. You claim who you are first, and the actions follow as the expression of it rather than the attempt to earn it.

That is the whole difference between doing something to become someone and doing it because you already are. Somebody who has decided they are disciplined does not have to talk themselves into anything. There is no argument left to have.

It is worked out properly in two pieces of writing here: Being vs Doing and Limiting Beliefs.

Underneath every other I AM sits the one they all rest on. I am love and I am awareness. That is what is left once you take away everything you were taught.

And prayer is the tool that does the swapping. Replace a limiting belief in the moment, as often as it takes for the new one to hold.

That is exactly why LiamKratos exists.

Vision

A world where people do not live from survival, habit and inherited pain, but from who they truly are.

Most people carry beliefs their whole life that are not even their own. A parent's fears. Patterns from a childhood. A voice saying "this is who you are" when it is only who you became because of what happened to you.

I believe freedom begins the moment you learn to see that difference. And then learn to live from who you AM, not from what you were taught.

Mission

To transform people completely, from A to Z. Not one part of life, but the whole of it: mindset, faith, body, beliefs, identity.

Where Kratos Natural is about the body, about longevity, nutrition and how your body works, LiamKratos is about the rest. The mind, the beliefs, the faith, the identity built around them.

Together they are the complete package. You can have the best body in the world and still be locked inside a mind full of limiting beliefs. It works no better the other way round.

Who I work with

Mostly entrepreneurs who are stuck. People who are a long way along on paper and are not moving on the inside, and who know it is not their calendar that is the problem.

Beyond that, anyone who takes this seriously enough to put ten thousand euro behind it. That figure is a filter in itself, and it is meant to be.

What I guide people through

Limiting beliefs. The patterns that hold you back without you noticing, often inherited from your childhood or your surroundings.

Identity and the I AM framework. Learning to speak and think from who you are, not from your mood or your circumstances.

Spiritual foundation. For anyone looking for a faith base that holds, whatever tradition you start from.

Addiction and recovery. I can help you with this too, and here is exactly how: I have been through it myself and I am not trained for it.

Breaking family patterns. How to recognise generational trauma and stop it with yourself, without condemning your parents. Same thing here, I walked it and I am not a therapist.

If you are in a crisis, this is not what you need. That is your doctor, an out of hours service, or your country's crisis line if you are thinking about suicide.

The plan

Phase 1, sharing the story. Now. Being fully transparent about where I come from and where I stand today. Content, personal posts, the truth without a filter. People recognise themselves in honesty faster than in perfection.

Phase 2, one to one coaching. Starting small, with people who recognise themselves in the story and want that transformation for themselves. Scale is not the first goal. First prove that it works, one person at a time.

Phase 3, structure and programmes. From loose coaching to a repeatable path. Steps, exercises, a framework other people can also walk on their own, based on what actually worked in phase 2.

Phase 4, coming together with Kratos Natural and Kratos Academy. In time, body and mind grow towards one place where people can find the complete package. Exactly what Kratos Academy is aiming at in the long run.

Where I can help

That is where I come in, and there is more than one way.

One of them is the free knowledge on this site. The I AM framework is mine, built out of what I needed and could not find anywhere, and it still helps me reach everything I set out to reach.

The other is working together. If you are serious about your goals on every level, personal, in business and financially, and you want to get there the fastest way there is, then that is what we do.

First we make sure you are a good fit, so book a call and we work that out together. Not everyone is really ready to take action. Most people are asleep inside an awake life.

The fact that you are here is not for nothing. There are no coincidences.

We will speak soon.

All love, Liam
