Who you are contracting with

Liam Kratos is a name used by Kratos Natural, a sole proprietorship owned by Liam Krassenburg, Clausstraat 6, 2661 BZ Bergschenhoek, The Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce 92192475, VAT NL004942521B32, info@liamkratos.com.

Kratos Natural is the registered business. Everything sold on this site is sold by it, invoiced by it, and refunded by it, whatever name is on the page.

These terms apply to liamkratos.com and liamkratos.nl and to everything you buy or download there. Using the site means accepting them.

Coaching is no longer sold here

The Kratos Protocol, the twelve week longevity programme, moved to Kratos Natural and is sold at kratosnatural.com under that site's terms. This site is about the mind, and everything on it is free.

What we offer

Articles. Written analysis of published research and of the ideas the coaching is built on. Free, no account.

Guides and e-books. Free, permanently, no account, no email address, no sample chapter. The whole guide is on its page, and the button saves it as a PDF from the page itself.

A newsletter you sign up for yourself and can leave from any email in one click.

Free is free

The guides, e-books and articles cost nothing and will continue to cost nothing. There is no paywall behind them, no email gate, no account. That is a promise, not an offer, and it cannot be withdrawn retroactively for anything you have already downloaded.

Read them, keep them, print them, pass them on. Do not sell them, do not present them as your own work, and do not fold them into something you charge for.

Liability

We stand behind what we write and trace claims to a published source where one exists. We do not promise an outcome from information alone. What works for one person does not work for the next, and most studies measure averages over groups rather than individuals.

We are not liable for damage arising from acting on information on this site, except in the case of intent or gross negligence on our part, and except where the law does not permit liability to be limited. For consumers, statutory liability for death, personal injury and product liability is expressly untouched.

Your account

You sign in with a link we email you. There is no password and we keep no customer database: your purchases are read live from Stripe when you open the page.

Keep access to your mailbox to yourself. Anyone who can read your email can see your purchase history.

You sign up yourself. The unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email works immediately.

Changes

We may amend these terms. The version on the site when you buy is the version that applies to your purchase. The date below says when we last changed anything.

Governing law

Dutch law. If you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your own country. Disputes go to the competent Dutch court, after we have first tried to sort it out by email.
